Download
LVDAM-EMS (lvdamems32.exe - 7948 kB)
The Lab-Volt Data Acquisition and Management
for Electromechanical Systems (LVDAM-EMS) is a complete set of instruments
that includes voltmeters, ammeters, power meters, an eight-channel oscilloscope,
a phasor analyzer, a harmonic analyzer, and a spectrum analyzer.
Three languages (English, French, Spanish)
are available in LVDAM-EMS.
LVDAM-EMS runs under Windows®
98, Windows® Me, Windows® 2000, Windows®
XP, and Windows® Vista.
Data Acquisition Interface (DAI) module
9062-1X or later models (e.g., 9062-2X) is required with this version
of LVDAM-EMS.
New features and enhancements
of LVDAM-EMS, version 3.2:
-
Windows® Vista compatible.
New features and enhancements of LVDAM-EMS,
version 3.1:
-
LVDAM-EMS and LVSIM-EMS can run at
the same time on the same personal computer.
-
Meter displays have been improved
in the Metering window (Power factor and Phase meter).
New features and enhancements
of LVDAM-EMS, version 3.01:
-
New utility files allow easy interface
between the Data Acquisition Interface module, Model 9062, and the
LabVIEW software.
-
Several bugs from the previous
versions have been fixed.
New features and enhancements
of LVDAM-EMS, version 3.0:
-
The maximum sampling frequency
doubled to 180 kHz.
-
Eighteen meters are simultaneously
available in the Metering window.
-
Three different sampling windows
are now available: Extended, 2 Cycles, and 8 Cycles.
-
The meter layout can be changed by
dragging meters directly in the Metering window.
-
New operating modes are available
on the voltmeters and ammeters for measuring the RMS values of harmonics
as well as total harmonic distortion.
-
Three types of power factor can now
be measured: true power factor, displacement power factor, and distortion
power factor.
-
The programmable meters include new
functions for measuring the phase of voltages and currents.
-
The programmable meters now include
impedance measurement functions for both series and parallel circuits.
-
Completely revised Spectrum Analyzer
that is now an instrument window instead of being a mode of operation
of the Harmonic Analyzer.
-
Parameters coming from all instrument
windows can be recorded to the Data Table.
-
Curves plotted in the Graph window
can be exported.
-
The colors of the display background,
grid, axes, and text can be customized by the user.
