Brief Description of the Problem:

When running EMS Visual Tour for the first time, a Multimedia Toolbook window appears, requesting to open a file.

Full Description of the Problem:

EMS Visual Tour is an Asymetrix Toolbook application using runtime Version 4.0. If you install the EMS Visual Tour on a system that has Asymetrix ToolBook Version 3.0 already intalled, EMS Visual Tour may not start because of a wrong association in the Win.ini file.

How to Fix:

Use a text editor program, such as Notepad, to open your Win.ini file (located in folder Windows). In the [Extensions] section, remove line: "TBK=...\TBLOAD.EXE ^.TBK". Restart EMS Visual Tour.
