Product Fixes - PF1057
Release Date: 2006/04/26 Affected Model(s): LVDAM®-EMS 3.0 and later versions Affected Product(s): 9062-1X Brief Description of the Problem: LVDAM®-EMS 3.0 displays twice the voltage that is input to the Data Acquisition Interface, Lab-Volt Model 9062-1X. Full Description of the Problem: The problem occurs when a Data Acquisition Interface, Model 9062-1X, from the first productions is used with a version of LVDAM®-EMS that is higher than 2.1r2. The problem is due to the fact that the Data Acquisition Interfaces from the first productions do not provide LVDAM®-EMS with the information about the variant of the unit (120/208 V - 60 Hz or 220/380 V - 50 Hz). This causes LVDAM®-EMS to "see" all units as 220/380 V - 50 Hz variants and explains why the displayed voltage is twice the actual value. How to Fix: A minor modification is required in the Data Acquisition Interface, Model 9062-1X, to fix the problem. Please, download the following pdf file which contains a detailed step-by-step procedure that explains how to modify the Data Acquisition Interface. File(s) to Download (name / version / size): |
